Open position for Project Coordinator (in marketing and communications)
We are now looking for a Project Coordinator to maintain CIVIT’s public appearance and stakeholder relationships. As CIVIT Project Coordinator, you will be part of the CIVIT team with strong ties to our stakeholders: researchers, companies, and students. You will be responsible for maintaining CIVIT webpage and social media channels, organizing CIVIT events, and related market and technology surveys, coordinating daily tasks such as equipment rentals, and both internal and external communication.
Your tasks include:
- Interacting with CIVIT stakeholders (companies, researchers, and students)
- Marketing, communication, and coordination tasks in CIVIT-supported projects funded by Business Finland and the EU
- Organizing market and technology surveys for the needs of CIVIT stakeholders
- Maintaining CIVIT’s webpage
- Maintaining CIVIT’s social media channels
- Content creation (news, newsletters, social media posts etc.)
- Organizing events and other CIVIT activities
- Coordinating daily tasks at CIVIT, such as equipment rentals and asset management
Requirements
A successful candidate has strong co-operation skills. We hope you have some previous experience in marketing, communications and/or B2B tasks. You can also be at the beginning of your career because the most important thing in the job is to have creativity, take on varied tasks with enthusiasm and have the desire to learn new things. The position requires proficiency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken. Skills and experience with WordPress and social media are considered a plus.
