We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in subscribing to the CIVIT newsletter or you fill in the equipment request form. If you subscribe to our newsletter or fill in the equipment request form, the data is collected through a query platform provided by an external service provider (Microsoft Forms). The data processing agreement in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation is always drawn up separately with the service provider. The information is collected using the Microsoft Forms form. Please find our privacy notice related to the newsletter subscription for more information. We do not process any sensitive information.

We automatically collect information when you visit or navigate our website. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser, and device characteristics, referring URLs, country, location, information about how and when you use our website.
