The IEEE 23rd International Workshop on Multimedia Signal Processing (IEEE MMSP 2021) was successfully organized as a hybrid event in Tampere in October 2021. Atanas Gotchev was the General Chair of the IEEE MMSP 2021 together with Dong Tian from InterDigital, USA. CIVIT was one of the organizers of the IEEE MMSP 2021 together with the IEEE Signal Processing Society, IEEE and Tampere University.
